Family

From: Trinity-St. John's Family

Gracious and loving God, we pray for all family members who are worried and frightened by illness.  We understand that illness is part of our lives, but we are hurting - scared, worried, even fretting.  We ask that you send your angels and give them charge over families in crisis due to illness.  We pray especially for the families of Margaret, Pauline, Eloise, Caroline, and Lorna.  Be with them in this time of worry.  Give them a confidence that in you is perfect redemption and unchained love. Fill them with your Spirit to move forward with that same love and serenity you give to caregivers and prophets.  We ask this in the name of Jesus.  Amen.

Sasha and her twin daughters created Gammy’s Pantry 6 years ago in honor of her grandmother who passed away on Christmas Day 2017. We are reminded that service continues through legacy as Gammy served communities throughout the pandemic with one love, one community and one family. In giving, we receive. We are grateful!

Health

From: Lynette Sarweh

I pray for my husband Amos: that he not lose hope as he recovers from his stroke; as he gets tired and frustrated by his inability to use his body as he did before his stroke - the loss of the use of the right side of his body.  I pray for a return to strength and freedom from pain.  I pray for myself, my son James, my daughter Michelle, her husband Tom, my Nephew Semio Jr, and Amos's HHCA and all of his home care support system.  God give us strength to do your will especially in caring for Amos.  Amen

Children and Spirituality

The old Sunday School paradigm for children is dead - or at least it is at Trinity-St. John's.  No more will our children and families have 'another day at school', but rather a cool and awesome time learning about God's word, love in community, values of relationships, and of course the perfect acceptance of Jesus.

Go to Tree of Life and discover an amazing and transformative program for children and families.
