National African-American History Museum: The ECW is hosting a day trip to the Smithsonian National African-American History Museum in Washington, DC. onThursday, June 22. The cost is $100.00 and includes bus transportation and admission to the museum. Limited spots are available. Final payments are due by Sunday, May 14. Any questions can be directed to Betty LeCadre or Arlene Cauley. Additionally, anyone encountering financial difficulties related to paying for this trip should also speak to Betty and Arlene.
Altar Guild: The Altar Guild is in need of new members. Volunteering on the Altar Guild is a great way to give to the church with a minimum investment of time. Members are scheduled for 2 week assignments 3 times a year. Assigned members meet on Saturday mornings at 9am for an hour or so, and help after service on Sunday. You can be scheduled for weeks that are convenient for you. Please see Juliet Laptiste or Lynne Gerken for more information.
